Studio Policies:
Everything you need to practice will be provided for you in the studio including yoga mats. We clean and sanitize all of our equipment prior to your arrival so you don’t have to worry about bringing anything. The room is set up ahead of time with the props we will be using for the day. Alkaline water is available at the studio for you to refill your water bottle.
Preregistration is Required:
Classes often go on a waitlist and preregistration is required. Since we clean and prepare the room for every class based on the number of students, the studio cannot accept walk-ins. Please secure your spot by booking in advance!
Waitlist:
If a class is on a waitlist and you’d like to attend, make sure you add yourself! If there is a cancelation and a spot opens, you will be notified by email and asked to confirm your attendance. If we don’t hear back from you we will follow up with a text.
Class Cancellation Policy
To help us accommodate waitlisted students and give them enough time to adjust their schedules, we require class cancellations to be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a $25 fee. This policy is designed to encourage students to commit to the classes they book, and also to be mindful of their cancelations, preventing last-minute absences that leave spots unused.
We understand that unexpected situations come up. If you need to cancel due to illness or an emergency, please contact us directly.
Single Sessions & 10-Class Pass Policy:
You may cancel and reschedule up to 3 times. After the third cancellation, the session is considered void. Single class visits and 10-class passes are for individual use only and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refunds and Transfers:
Refunds will not be issued for cancelations, but if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, your account will be credited for that session.
Please No Scented Products:
Out of respect for those with allergies and sensitivities, please avoid wearing fragrances or scented personal products when coming to the studio.
Studio Access:
The studio opens 15 minutes before class begins to allow us enough time for cleaning, setup, and preparation. We kindly ask that you please avoid arriving earlier so we can ensure everything is ready for you.
Schedule Changes:
The weekly schedule is subject to changes, based on the season and availability.
Changes to the class schedule do not qualify for refunds.
Monthly Membership Terms & Conditions:
The Monthly Membership is designed for those committed to attending classes on a consistent, regular basis. Our membership renews automatically every month, and a 3-month minimum commitment is required.
The studio has a limited number of memberships available. If you choose to cancel your membership, there may not be availability to rejoin in the future due to limited capacity. In such cases, depending on availability, you may need to switch to a 10-class pass or single sessions in order to attend classes.
If you plan to attend classes at least twice a week consistently, the monthly membership is the best option. Please contact us for availability.
Membership Cancellation Policy:
A written notice of cancellation is required at least 7 days prior to the start of your next billing cycle to process your request. This ensures we have adequate time to update your account and avoid future charges. Written notices can be submitted via email or through our contact form.
If you request to cancel your monthly membership before the renewal date for the current month, a prorated refund will not be issued. Additionally, refunds will not be issued for memberships that are canceled after they have already renewed.
Special Events Cancelation Policy:
All special event sales are considered final and non-refundable.

Consistency: For the best results, aim to practice at least 3-4 times per week to help your body and brain remain familiar with the work.
Build a Mind-Body Connection: By directing your attention to the feedback and sensations of the body during your yoga practice, you can enhance somatic awareness and cultivate an innate sense of well-being.
Practice Loving Kindness with Yourself: Only go where your body wants to go. If the postures challenge you mentally or physically meet yourself with patience and compassion. Adaptations are always provided during instruction to meet your individual needs.
